Sources
SuriHousing collects factual data about property offerings (address or neighbourhood, type, price if public) from multiple public sources, including agent websites and advertisement platforms.
Categories of data
Contact details of sole traders and small agencies are treated as personal data. We do not collect photographs or descriptive text from third parties.
Purpose
The data is used to operate a property directory on the basis of legitimate interest.
Property history
SuriHousing keeps an offering history per property (asking prices, dates, status). This history persists after an offering closes.

You can always have a listing or property removed for free, without an account or payment.
